Recipe(tried): Leftover Prime Rib - an idea

Here is one that i haven't done for a long time but it is good. Slice the rib into 1/4 or 1/2 inch steaks and marinate in olive oil garlic sliced onion white vinegar salt pepper and oregano. You want the marinade on the olive oil side {not acidic}. Let marinate for an hour or so.

When you are ready to cook the steaks drain the marinade and discard coat the meat in cracked pepper if desired and cook in a searing hot cast iron pan until crusty and brown on both sides. Yes it will be well done but not tough though. If you like you can top with a fried egg.
