Recipe(tried): Leftover Prime Rib

CB, my Mom often used leftover steak or roast to make a kind of hash using leftover cooked carrots, onions and potatoes. She cut everything into small chunks and fried them up together to reheat. I've done the same thing, sometimes cooking up potatoes and carrots if I didn't have any leftover. I cut the onion up smaller if it's uncooked. Dad always put ketchup on his, but I was happy with salt and pepper. Some chopped fresh parsley would be a nice addition too. Happy New Year!
