Misc.

Here is two crockpot chicken recipes. My family loves the BBQ Chicken but we have not tried the Lemon Chicken yet. Hope your son like them.

CROCK POT LEMON CHICKEN

6 large pieces of chicken (or more if using smaller pieces)
1 12 oz can frozen lemonade, thawed
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water

Arrange chicken pieces in crock pot. Combine lemonade, brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar and mix well. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on high 4 hours or on low 6-8 hours. Transfer liquid from crock pot to saucepan. Skim fat; combine cornstarch and cold water and add slowly to liquid,
while stirring over low heat. When thickened, serve with chicken over hot rice. Serves at least 6
