2 pints vanilla ice cream
lemon soda, such as San Pellegrino Limonata or Newman's Own Sparkling Lemondad)
Divide ice cream into 6 to 8 serving glasses. Pour soda over ice cream to fill each glass, using about 36 ounces. Wait a few minutes, until the lemon soda freezes, to create a slushy coating around the ice cream.
