I'm in the middle of packing up and moving from my home and have already put my Slovak/Ukrainian/Hungarian/Czech binders in storage and won't have access to getting them to my daughter's home for a while; but, when I do, will post some recipes from each category. It may be a while before I can get back on line too; so, don't get discouraged.
Am thrilled to see that other generations other than the Old World grandparents are still wanting to find and prepare the memories of their ancestors! Does this old heart good.
