My wife likes to make a punch from 7-up and lime
sherbet.

She puts about 4 liters of 7-up (or sprite) in a punch bowl, adds chunks of lime sherbet
about 1/2 gal) and then stirs.

As the punch is used,just add more soda or
sherbet as needed.
