Recipe: Rangetop Supper (using cream of chicken soup, carrots, and cooked chicken)

RANGETOP SUPPER

1 Tbsp butter
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 cup cooked chicken
1/2 cup cooked carrots
Hot cooked rice (for serving)

In 2-quart saucepan, saute mushrooms and onions in butter.

Stir in soup, milk and mustard. Stir in chicken and carrots. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

Serve over hot cooked rice.

Serves 4
