LIMEY MARINADE FOR CHICKEN
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons French's
Worcestershire Sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Combine ingredients; reserve a portion of the marinade for basting and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade over chicken pieces. Marinate at least one hour in refrigerator.
TO COOK THE CHICKEN:
Remove steak from marinade; discard the used marinade.
Broil chicken 7 to 9 inches from heat, turning often and brushing with reserved marinade, 30 to 45 minutes.
Makes enough marinade for 3 pounds of chicken
