Recipe(tried): Lo Cal French Fries (WW points=3) For Gladys

These taste exactly like the deep-fried french fries without all of the fat and especially the guilt!

WW French fries
Serves 4

1 1/4 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" strips
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
4 tsp oil
1 tsp paprika

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a nonstick cooky sheet with cooking spray. Mix potatoes, 1/4 tsp of the salt, sugar, and then cover with cold water. Soak for 15 minutes. Drain and blot dry. Toss potatoes with oil and paprika. Place in pan in single layer. Bake, turning over once to brown. Cook approx 45 min. till brown. Sprinkle with remaining salt and serve.
