Recipe: Sweet Potato Casserole (using instant lemon pudding mix)

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

4 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
3 eggs, beaten
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix (use dry)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Marshmallows may be added to top during the last 5-10 minutes and baked until golden.

As you can see, this isn't the recipe you're looking for but I ran across it when looking for your recipe and thought I would post it for anyone interested.
