Recipe(tried): Lori-Habanero sauce

Lori, I am not sure if you wanted my recipe or the other one but here is mine. It is hot and takes just a bit. Suppose you could increase the number of jalapeno and make it.

habanero hot sauce

12-15 habanero chiles, stems removed, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup distilled vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice

Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add carrots with a small amount of water. Braing to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until carrots are soft. Place mixture in blender with chiles and puree until smooth. Combing puree with vinegar and lime juice; simmmer 5 minutes to comvine flavors. Put into small jars (4 oz) and seal. Makes 2 cups.
