Recipe # 1 - BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients:
2 cups dried bread cubes
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
2 teaspoons Sweet'N Low Brown Sugar Substitute
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and bake @ 300 degrees F. till done. About 30 minutes.

Recipe #2 - PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients:

1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
6 teaspoons Sweet'N Low For Baking
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup (15-oz. can) Libby's Punpkin
1 1/2 cup (12-oz. can) evaporated milk

Instructions:
COMBINE: sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in medium bowl. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell.
BAKE: in preheated 425 degree F. oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 40 to 50 minutes ro until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for three hours. Serve immediately or chill (do not freeze).

Recipe # 3: APPLE PIE

Ingredients:

10 inch pie shell and top crust
6 to 8 apples, pealed and sliced
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup flour
9 teaspoons Sweet'N Low for Baking
8 to 10 pats butter

Instructions:
Mix Sugar substitute, cinnamon, flour and sprinkle over apples. Mix thoroughly and add to crust. Place pats of butter on top and add remaining crust. Sprinkle top crust with a small amount of cinnamon and sugar substitute (mixed). Bake at 425 degrees for forty-five to sixty minutes or until apples are soft.
