Recipe(tried): Making powdered eggs...
Breakfast and BrunchSimple. Scramble and cook the eggs in a non-stick pan WITHOUT any fat or grease until hard. Spread cooked eggs out in your dehydrator and dry until hard and crunchy. Store and use like they are or grind in a food processor or blender until powdered. Recommend storing in the freezer until needed.
