Recipe(tried): marinade recipe

Misc.

here's one I've used for a number of years:

1/2 cup oil
1 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp sherry
Just combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Refrigerate from 4 to 12 hours turning at least once. Great for London Broil, but I have also used it on pork chops. The longer you marinate the better it is.
