Recipe: Marshmallow Fudge Pops (Knox Gelatine) (blender)

Desserts - Frozen
MARSHMALLOW FUDGE POPS

1 envelope Knox Unflavored Gelatine
1 cup cold milk
1 cup milk, heated to boiling
1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1/4 cup walnuts (optional)

In Osterizer blender container, sprinkle Knox Unflavored Gelatine over cold milk; let stand 3 to 4 minutes.

Add hot milk; cover and process at STIR (LO) until gelatine dissolves, about 2 minutes.

Turn speed to LIQUEFY (HI). With blender running, remove feeder cap, gradually add chocolate chips, marshmallows and walnuts. Continue to process until smooth.

Pour into 5- ounce paper cups and place in freezer until partially frozen. Insert wooden ice cream sticks and freeze until firm.

Makes 8 pops
