Recipe(tried): Medley Macaroni Salad

MEDLEY MACARONI SALAD

8 ounces macaroni
1/4 cup bottled French dressing
1 cup dairy sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 cup diced cooked chicken
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup chopped pimientos
1 large tomato, diced

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small avocado, peeled and sliced
Crisp chicory

Cook macaroni, drain, rinse with cold water and cool. Combine dressing with sour cream, mixing well. Add macaroni and mix. Add remaining ingredients, except last 3, and toss lightly. Place in salad bowl. Sprinkle lemon juice on avocado. Garnish salad with avacado and chicory. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
