I make the dough in my breadmachine. My husband likes cinnamon in the dough. Everyone who has had them ask for the recipe. My daughter was just bugging me this morning for them so I told her tomorrow morning.

Carmel Rolls

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup warm water
2 tablespoons butter or lard -- heaping
1 egg

Select dough setting.
Add:
1 1/2 teaspoons dry active yeast
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
2 tablespoons lard or butter, heaping
1 egg
Use directions for your bread machine.
I add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to the dough (hubby wants it cinnomony)
Press start
While you are waiting....
chop 1/3-1/2 cup pecans
Mix with 3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, melted
When the dough is ready, remove to a lightly floured surface, roll or pat into a 12 x 9 inch rectangle.
Brust whith 1/3 cup melted butter.
Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over the butter.
Roll the dough jelly roll style. Pinch the edges to seal. Cut 12 pieces and place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes until a light golden brown.
When done, tip out on a cookie sheet immediately!
Caution: the carmel mixture in bottom of pan and on top of buns stays hot for a few minutes and may cause serious injury to mouth and tongue! :)

TO MAKE STICKY CARMEL ROLLS:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons corn syrup
Mix this up, just before the dough is ready. Place in the bottom of the pan and put the cinnamon rolls on top.
