I eat at the same La Salsa (now renamed Senor Salsa - perhaps split off from the franchise organization). I asked if the baja sauce had any dairy in it and the manager said "it's ranch dressing with chopped jalapenos". So, that's a confirmation of how simple it is. He didn't say cilantro but it's definitely in there too.
