Recipe(tried): Mom's Corn Fritters

Hi Marilyn!

Here are the fritters my mom makes! I love these with grilled pork chops.

1. Mix 1 can cream style corn with salt and pepper
2. Add 2 eggs and mix.
3. Add 1 cup flour and 1 t. baking powder. Mix.
4. Fry in fry pan as you would pancakes. Serve with syrup.

Simple and delicious!
