Carolyn is correct, fruit juice makes an excellent substitute. If it's Marsala (more dry and tart) then perhaps a variety of grape juice might work best, or even a grape cranberry blend for a little kick. There is also the sparkling juices, typically found near the wine section in the store. There are quite a few varieties to choose from and the carbonation shouldn't disturb the recipe at all. The sparling juices are less sweet and have a closer taste to wine than a regular juice. Hope it helps.
