MUELLER'S MEAT SAUCE (2001)
1 tablespoon Mazola Oil
1/2 pound lean ground beef
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 cups prepared meatless spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1. In 3-quart saucepan heat oil over medium-high heat. Crumble ground beef into skillet. Add onion and garlic; stirring frequently, cook 10 minutes or until beef is lightly browned.
2. Add spaghetti sauce and parsley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; stirring occasionally, simmer 15 minutes.
Makes 6 cups
