Recipe: Devilish Deviled Eggs (using mustard and relish, Heinz recipe, 1990's)
Appetizers and Snacks
6 hard-cooked eggs, shelled
3 tablespoon Heinz Sweet Relish
2 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Chopped parsley or paprika (for garnish, optional)
Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks. Mash yolks with fork; blend in relish, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Refill egg whites with mixture. Cover; chill to blend flavors.
Garnish top of eggs with chopped parsley or paprika, if desired.
Makes 12 halves
