2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Chopped Raisins
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Cup Sugar
4 Tablespoons Sweet Cream
1 Teaspoon Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
3 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Egg White, Well Beaten
4 Tablespoons Sugar
5 Tablespoons Shredded Almonds
1 Tablespoon Cream
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and cream, beating well. Add flour sifted with soda and spices. Add vanilla and raisins. Chill the dough. Roll small pieces of dough to form wreaths. Spread mixture of:
1 egg white
4 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp cinnamon
over the top of the cookies.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
