Recipe: Old Mill Restaurant Red Sauce Schnitzel Tenderloin

I am looking for a copycat recipe for red sauce schnitzel tenderloin served at Old Mill Restaurants. It is a tangy sort of hot sauce recipe they served with the tenderloins. Also similar to the red sauce served at Hunts Drive In, which I think are not in operation anymore. Thank you.
