Recipe: Orange Cranberry Bread recipe!

Misc.

Orange Cranberry Bread

2/3 c. orange juice concentrate
1 c. water
2 Tbs. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. bread flour
2 tsp. yeast
1 c. cranberries
If using fresh cranberries, they should be
finely chopped. They can be added at beginning
or at beep.
The original recipe called for 2 cups each
of bread flour and whole wheat flour. We liked
it better with all bread flour.
Setting: light to medium
Happy Baking!!
