OREO MUFFINS
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. crushed Oreos
Beat eggs, add milk and butter. Add remaining ingredients in order listed except Oreos. Mix well, then fold in Oreos. Batter will be lumpy.
Bake at 400 degrees in greased muffin tin. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12.
