Recipe: Curried Pumpkin and Banana Bread (using whole wheat flour and cracked wheat) (bread machine)

CURRIED PUMPKIN AND BANANA BREAD

1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup plus 2 tsp bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp cracked wheat
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup water

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual.

Process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.

Let the loaf cool before slicing.
