Recipe: Oriental London Broil (and marinade for beef, pork or chicken) (grill)

"This tangy marinade works just as well on pork or chicken."
3 pounds London broil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
Combine all ingredients except meat. Add meat and marinate for at least 4 hours, overnight if possible.
Grill steak to desired doneness on a rack over a "cook fire" that has been burning for at least 60 to 90 minutes and has a substantial amount of coals.
Slice thin, and enjoy.
Makes 8 servings
