Recipe(tried): Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket

Here is my version:
Beef Brisket

5 pound brisket
meat tenderizer
onion salt
celery salt
garlic salt
liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
1/2 bottle barbeque sauce


Put brisket in non metal container or plastic bag.
Sprinkle brisket with tenderizer. Sprinkle on salts. Pour on liquid smoke. Close tightly and refrigerator overnight. Next day lightly cover with W. sauce, salt and pepper. Wrap in heavy foil and place in baking pan. cook for 5 hours at 275 degrees. Open up the foil and add 1/2 bottle (about 2 cups) of a good barbeque sauce. Bake uncovered an additional hour. Cool and slice and serve with juices in foil or additional barbeque sauce.
