Recipe: Pasta Salad (using Red Cross pasta)

PASTA SALAD

1 (16 oz.) box Red Cross vegetable pasta (spiral noodles, colored)
2 bottles Zesty Italian dressing (you can use fat free)
1/2 bottle McCormick's Salad Supreme seasoning
2 cucumbers
1 bunch of green onions, chopped (use all of it)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 carrots, round chop
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Cherry red tomatoes (optional)

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Stir dressing and seasoning in a bowl while pasta is cooking.

Mix cooked macaroni, dressing and seasoning and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

This makes a lot of salad. You may want to cut recipe in half. Very good!

I don't know if this recipe is from a Red Cross Pasta box. It's been posted a couple of times here and it's originally from a CD of community cookbooks that doesn't list who or where the recipes are from. If this isn't it, hopefully someone will post the recipe you're looking for.
