Recipe: Like Pizza Hut Pan Type Pizza Dough

1 1/3 cups water
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 teaspoons instant yeast
2 tablespoons cornmeal
Place water, sugar, salt, bakig powder and olive oil in bowl and dissolving sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in yeast, flour and knead to form a soft,dough (about 8-l0 minutes). Allow to rest, covered about 45 minutes.
Deflate dough before using and allow it to rest 15 minutes before using in a recipe. Dough can be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 days in an oiled plastic bag.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Sprinkle pizza pan with cornmeal before setting dough on pan for baking.
Once pizza is topped and ready for baking place pizza in a 500 degree F oven. Immediately reduce heat to 450 degrees F and bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
If using Bread machine:
Add ingredients to machine bread pan in order given or as per manufacturer's instructions. Use dough setting.
