Recipe(tried): Pea and Corn Salad

Pea and Corn Salad

this is very very good.

Combine 1/3 cup veg. oil
1/3 cup white vinegar'
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt

Combine the above in sauce pan, bring to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Combine 1 (10 1/2 ounce) Shoepeg white whole kernel corn, drained.
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can English Peas, drained
1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green peppers or 1/2 cup green 1/2 cup red peppers
1 cup chopped green onions
In bowl combine the above and add the cooled liquid ingredients
Cover and chill for at least eight hurs.
Use slotted sppoon to serve.
