Misc.
PEANUT SAUCE

1/2 c. peanut butter
1 small onion, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed

Great possibilities: Over spaghetti with added sauteed mushrooms. Over rice or bulgur with added slivered almonds. Over tofu hot or cold. As a fondue, dip whole wheat bread cubes in it. As a dessert fondue, dip fruit slices in it.

1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. milk
peanuts, optional

In a small skillet, heat peanut butter. Add brown
sugar, soy sauce and milk. Mix to a thick paste over medium heat. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle peanuts over peanut butter mixture.
