Hi Janet, I e-mailed a copy of the manual to you. If you don't receive it please e-mail me and I'll try again - Betsy@Recipelink.com
ORANGE STICKS
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
3 tablespoons freshly grated orange peel
2 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet real chocolate baking pieces
1 cup ground walnuts
With electric mixer at high speed, cream butter until soft. Add sugar gradually, continuing to cream until light and fluffy. Add egg and orange peel; beat well. Set aside.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; add in 3 additions to butter mixture, alternating with orange juice; mix well by hand or with electric mixer after each addition.
Shape dough into 3 rolls; wrap in plastic film, foil or waxed paper; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
WHEN READY TO BAKE:
Assemble cookie gun; fill with cookie dough following directions. Fit Decorator Tip onto filled barrel; attach cap securely in place on barrel.
Use high speed; follow instructions for use of Decorator Tip; press out 5-6 strips the length of ungreased cookie sheet, releasing trigger 2/3 way down each strip but continuing to move cookie gun to end of cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until just starting to turn light golden around edges, being careful not to over bake. Cut each strip into 3-inch pieces.
Melt chocolate baking pieces over hot water; dip both ends of cookies in chocolate, then roll in ground walnuts.
Makes 7-8 dozen cookies
