Recipe: Pineapple Cookies

Pineapple Cookies
1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. soda
4 c. flour
Cream together shortening, white sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, pineapple, vanillla and nuts. Last, add soda with flour. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
