Recipe(tried): Pineapple Fluffy Stuff

This is an excellent, recipe is ALWAYS requested.

Pineapple Fluffy Stuff
serves 8-12

14 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
3 T white vinegar
1 T cornstarch
1 L egg beaten
1/4 C sugar
1 16 oz tub Cool Whip or 2 C whipped cream
1/3 lb miniature marshmallows
1/2 - 1 1/2 C crushed pecans

Drain juice from pineapple. Combine drained pineapple juice, vinegar, cornstarch, egg, and sugar in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick. Set aside to cool.

When cooked mixture is cool, fold on one large tub Cool Whip or 2 C whipped cream, mix in pineapple and pecans.
