Recipe: Pineapple Orange Wine Jelly

Pineapple oraange wine jelly:

3 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c white wine
1 (6 oz frozen concentrated pineapple -orange juice
1/2 bottle liquid pectin

Combine sugar, juice and 1/4 cup wine in a large saucepan. Bring quickly to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly; boil hard 1 minute. Add the wine. Remove from heat; stir in liquid fruit pectin and bring up to boiling. Mix well. Ladle jelly quickly into hot sterilized jars; top qith 1/8 ' of paraffin. Makes 4 6 oz. jars.
