Recipe(tried): Rosemary Port Wine Jelly

This is one I have been using for years. It is VERY good with chicken or Turkey. Hope you like it!
Port Wine Jelly

Recipe By :The Supper Book
2 cups port wine
3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 ounces pectin -- liquid

Combine the wine, sugar, lemon juice, rosemary, and salt in a suacepan and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Immediately stir in pectin and strain jelly. Process. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
