I have been drying herbs that I grow in my garden, by letting them dry naturally. This usually takes 5 days. I found that I can dry them in the microwave faster. I dry about a handful of different herbs. 1 at a time in the micro for 2 mins and 30 sec. They come out perfect. The color stays green w/o turning brown.
