Hi Elaine,

If you purchase MCP Pectin, inside the box at the bottom of their enclosed directions is a recipe for this jelly.

I make it every year.

3 1/2 juice
1 pkg MCP PECTIN
5 cups sugaryields 6 8 oz jars.
