Recipe(tried): Sausage and Pasta Skillet

SAUSAGE AND PASTA SKILLET

6 oz. (2 cups) dried rotini pasta
6 oz. smoked regular or lite turkey sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dry Italian herb seasoning
2 oz. Parmesan cheese, shaved

Cook pasta according to package directions;drain.

Meanwhile, cook and stir sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat 2 or 3 minutes or until browned; drain.

Stir in beans, undrained tomatoes and seasoning. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 2 or 3 minutes.

Stir in cooked pasta. Serve sprinkled with cheese.

Makes 4 servings.
