POTATO TUNA AU GRATIN
1 package (5 or 6 ounces) Cheddar cheese au gratin potatoes
1 can (12 ounces) Starkist Solid White or Chunk Light Tuna, drained and chunked
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
While potatoes are standing, stir in tuna and onion.
Arrange cooked broccoli in bottom of lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Pour tuna potato mixture over broccoli; top with cheese.
Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Servings: 6
