Recipe(tried): Pumpkin cake or Bars

This is the best Pumpkin cake that I have ever eaten!!! AKA Pumpkin Spice Bars. Grease bottom & sides of 13x9 pan and heat oven to 350.

Ingredients: 4 eggs
2 cps sugar
1 cp veg. oil
1 can (16oz) Pumpkin
2 cps flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until smooth. Stir in flour baking powder, cinnamon, soda, salt, ginger & cloves. Spread in pan (raisins and nuts optional) Bake 25/30 min.

Frosting: 1 pack 3 oz cream cheese (soft)
1/3 cp butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cps powdered sugar

Mix cream cheese, butter & vanilla in Medium bowl. Gradually beat in Powdered sugar til smooth.
