Recipe(tried): Quick and Easy ideas..........

For starters, there is always hamburgers, hotdogs, steaks, and pork chops on
the grill. Then, for the vegetables, place them in aluminum foil bags (or your
own home-made kind like I do--Fold the aluminum foil so that it makes a
pouch). Put an ice cube in the pouch and some butter and seasonings. Another
idea is to make Tortilla Pizzas. I've have seen these several different times,
but have not tried them as of yet. Use flour tortillas and place a few of your
favorite toppings on them. Grill just til warm. You can also do the pouch
thing (above) and put a hamburger patty (make it a little longer--kinda oblong
shaped) in the pouch, an ice cube, sprinkle some Liptons Beefy Mushroom (or
whatever kind of dry soup mix you prefer) on top of it and cook it. Comes out
close to being like a Salisbury Steak. These are just a few suggestions.
Maybe it will at least get you started. Good luck with the remodeling. We are
facing that one ourselves here in the next year or so.
