Recipe: Quick Cream of Vegetable Soup (using baby food!) (serves 1 or 2)

Make a 'homemade' soup for 1-2 persons.
Start with a jar of baby food pureed vegetables. Your choices include spinach, carrot, squash, string bean and green pea.
Heat the pureed vegetable together with 1 1/2 cups skim milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper, celery or onion salt.
To thicken, cream together 1/2 tablespoon each of butter and flour. Add 1 tablespoon of the soup to the butter/flour mixture. Stir until smooth. Return butter/flour mixture to the soup. Continue to heat until boiling. Serve.
