Recipe: Leftover Magic Pitas

Sandwiches
LEFTOVER MAGIC PITAS

1 teaspoon oil
2 cups strips cooked meat (beef, lamb, or pork)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
FOR SERVING:
4 pocketless pitas
Lettuce
Sliced onion
Cucumber
Tomato
Plain yogurt

Heat oil in large skillet. Add meat strips; sprinkle with cumin and oregano. Saute 1 to 2 minutes until hot. Remove from heat.

Top pitas with lettuce, sliced onion, cucumber and tomato. Top with meat. Dollop with plain yogurt; roll up.

Makes 4 servings
