Recipe(tried): Quick shortcake

When I want a shortcake for strawberries or peaches, and don't have time for the hot milk cake I prefer, this is what I do:

Take 1 white cake mix, add the water as recommended on the box, but use 3 whole eggs instead of egg whites, and use 1 stick of butter (real thing)instead of oil. Bake as directed. This makes a light, tender golden cake. Delish!
