Recipe(tried): Baked Cheese Fudge

BAKED CHEESE FUDGE

16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
medium-size jar Pacante Sauce (your choice)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix cheeses and eggs. Put in a greaesd 9x13-inch pan. Pour Picante Sauce over cheese and egg mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let set.

This recipe is from a local radio station's cookbook. Baked this cheese fudge several times during the holidays. Enjoy!
