This is from an ad in Rachael Ray magazine. It also says you can replace breadcrumbs in any recipe with crushed French Fried Onions.
FRENCH'S CRUNCHY ONION CHICKEN
1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg white beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. until cooked through.
