Recipe: quickie recipes

Here are a couple that we like!
Beef Stroganoff:
Beef strips
can of cream of mushroom soup
Au Jus pkg( gravy packet)
Brown beef in a little butter.
add soup and gravy mix.stir.
Heat through.Serve with rice.
Picante Chicken:
Chicken strips
Picante sauce
orange marmalade(about2 tbsp)
Cook chicken in a little wate\
until done.Drain. Add Picante
Sauce and marmalade to chicken a
and heat thru.Serve with rice.
Orange Horseradish Chicken:
Chicken strips
Orange marmalade
Horseradish(1 tsp or more)
Cook chicken and add marmalade
and horseradish to chicken.Heat
thru.Serve with rice.
Mushroom Stir Fry:
Mushrooms,cut up
Green pepper,cut up
onion, cut up
I cant believe it's butter spray
Au Jus

Cook vegetables in 1/2 cup butter
spray until tender. Add Au Jus.
Stir and serve over rice.
